The greatest healing in this season is not becoming who you used to be… …but finally embracing who God says you are now.

When many people hear the words “be still,” they imagine a peaceful setting—a quiet room, a calm morning, a moment free from interruptions. But Psalm 46 paints a very different picture!

As women who pour out continually—to marriage, family, ministry, work—it becomes easy to ignore the limits of our humanity. But God doesn’t.

Fear has a way of sounding familiar. It can remind us of old hurts, old habits, and old ways of coping that once helped us survive. But what once felt protective can become a prison when we keep returning to it instead of letting God renew us.

There is a quiet battle many women over 50 carry—one that doesn’t always show on the outside. It’s the anxiety that creeps in during still moments. The overthinking that won’t turn off at night. The pressure to keep doing, keep giving, keep showing up… even when you’re tired. The silent question: “Am I still needed?”

When we remember we are beloved, who have been bought with the precious blood of Jesus, service is overflow from a heart already accepted!

There is a difference between simply filling a spot and being truly planted where God has called you!

At the heart of our faith is the cross—the place where Jesus poured out His life so we could live. Everything else fades in comparison.

A corner represents what is not yet visible. It is the part of the road we have not fully entered. Wisdom!

Sometimes disappointment comes through rejections. It appears as unfair treatment, silence, misunderstanding, or being overlooked.

God’s mercy is not a one-time event—it’s continual, daily, and dependable. His faithfulness meets us with fresh strength every morning!

Growth does not always announce itself with excitement or anticipation. Sometimes it shows up as discomfort, or an uneasy nudge.

These thoughts often disguise themselves as wisdom, caution, or experience. But in reality, they can and will quietly pull our focus away from God and toward fear, regret, or control. Left unchecked, they erode peace from the inside out!
